As part of the national Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) Alliance, the Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine (CVVIM) follows the principles, philosophies and model developed by this organization. These include fostering a “Culture of Caring”, and a dedication to treating all patients with dignity and respect. The approach embraces the idea of “A national solution to America’s uninsured, one community at a time.”
